The Creative Arts Pastor is responsible for leading and shaping the Worship, Creative, and Production ministries across all of Forest Hill Church campuses. This role provides visionary leadership to ensure that all creative expressions—music, media, design, and production—align with the church’s mission and engage people in meaningful worship experiences. The Creative Arts Pastor manages, mentors, and empowers the team leads of each ministry, fostering collaboration, creativity, and spiritual growth. This individual is a dynamic leader with a passion for artistic excellence and a heart for creating environments where people can encounter God in powerful ways.
Leadership & Strategy
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Worship, Creative, and Production ministries.
Equip and mentor team leads to grow spiritually and professionally.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Creative Direction
Shape cohesive, engaging worship experiences aligned with church vision.
Oversee weekly service planning and key creative initiatives.
Collaborate with the Lead Pastor on teaching themes and communication strategy.
Team Development & Stewardship
Manage staffing, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Provide coaching and accountability for team leads.
Champion resource sharing and alignment across campuses.
Collaborative Leadership
Serve on the Strategy Team, helping shape the broader mission and vision.
Work cross-functionally with other leaders to align creative ministries with strategic goals.
Bachelor's degree (min.); Seminary or theological education preferred.
Ordained or pursuing ordination with strong theological grounding.
Proven experience leading multi-site worship, creative, and production teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Deep understanding of live production, media, and worship arts.
A Christ-centered life marked by integrity, humility, and passion for the local church.
