We are hiring someone for our school which runs from August to May. We have a position open for a floater that will work in a variety of rooms five days per week .

Previous experience is appreciated but if you love working with kids we can teach you the rest! We offer a great work environment, paid holiday and teacher work days and low student to teacher ratios.

Floaters are responsible for:

• Providing a Christ-centered, safe, engaging environment for children.
• Supporting teachers as they work with children in groups or one-on-one depending on their needs
• Filling in as needed in classroom during teacher absence
• Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with fellow staff, parents, and administration
